Physical Therapy
Conditions & Diagnoses
Below are just some of the areas we specialize in:
Post-Operative Care
Post-operative care is one of our specialties and nobody does it better. Our relationships with the most prominent surgeons in the Puget Sound area are unique in that your Physical Therapy team is simply an integrated part of your overall treatment team. Constant communication with your surgeons allows us to monitor your healing in the most complete way.
Typically, Physical Therapy is started one day to three weeks following your surgery (depending upon the procedure). We’ll work with your surgeon to ensure we are up to date on your medical history before our first meeting so we can make the most out of our time together.
We’re all connected, we’re all communicating, and we’re all working together to get you back to your goals.
Non-Operative Care
Our highly educated and experienced staff are the right team to handle your orthopedic musculoskeletal injuries. Our treatment expertise includes the knee, shoulder, foot and ankle, hip, elbow, hand, and spine care.
When we evaluate and set up your personal treatment plan we treat more than your injury, we assess your entire body and how you move. Often times patients compensate for injury in ways that can put stress on other areas of the body. Our focus is on your total wellness, setting you up to reach your goals and to prevent re-injury. Patient education plays an important role in this process. The more you understand your injury and the rehabilitation process from the start, the better our results together.
Sports
Whether you’re a highly competitive athlete or a weekend warrior, we’re on board to help you reach your goals of returning to play as soon as possible.
Not only do we treat injured athletes, but we help make sure you’re as ready to go at your peak performance. Our specialists will tailor your exercises for your injury – and for your sport. Together, we’ll develop a plan that takes future performance demands and your current level of function into consideration so you’re ready for primetime when you return to play.
Our team of specialists have worked with Olympic, professional and collegiate athletes, and some are even elite athletes themselves – so we personally understand the frustration associated with injury, and know exactly what it takes to get you back into your activities.
