Caroline Kratz, PTA
Caroline earned her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology in 2013 from Western Washington University. Having spent many years building relationships with physical therapists and athletic trainers over the years as a competitive cross country and distance track athlete, she developed a sincere appreciation for those professionals for getting her back to her sport. Her desire to work directly with patients and be the guiding force for their return to sport and exercise goals led her to go back to school to earn her degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Whatcom Community College in 2022. She most enjoys working with lower extremity athletes, in particular, ACL rehab, and knee and ankle injuries.
Caroline is a fervent supporter of Seattle Sounders FC and has been a season ticket holder since 2015. She has spent time as a member of Seattle Sounders FC stretcher crew and has a deep and longstanding passion for soccer, stemming from her youth as a player. In her free time, she enjoys kicking a ball around on the soccer field with her husband and dog, Molly, and getting out on the local trails to go running and hiking. Her favorite place to travel is London and the English countryside and plans to go back there soon!

Robert Weinmeister, PTA
Robert graduated from Lake Washington Institute of Technology with a physical therapist assistant degree in 2022. He developed a strong foundational knowledge in the field of physical therapy while pursuing his degree and is always seeking new opportunities to expand and build upon that knowledge. While at his previous clinic he had the opportunity to attain a specialization in cancer rehabilitation for individuals in an outpatient setting. He enjoys the challenge of working with people of all abilities and stages of recovery and helping them get back to doing the things they love.
A PNW native, he grew up exploring all the beauty that Washington has to offer. Soaking up both sunshine and the rain! He grew up camping and playing a variety of sports, with a particular love of running and frisbee. Recently he enjoys spending time outdoors with friends and family, as well as the occasional day indoors reading a good book.
